These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the et999 platform and all its services. By accessing this website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2.2 One Person, One Account Policy

If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts and all funds and bonuses held in them will be cancelled. Violation of this policy may result in permanent account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your et999 account. Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone. You will be held responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,200. Maximum limit example: depositing ৳34,000 or more will earn a bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, after placing bets totalling ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000, winnings earned from the bonus balance will become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
• One account, one device, one IP address — one bonus is eligible.
• et999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• et999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Program

The et999 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity and regular participation on the platform. Cashback terms may change and et999 will communicate any such changes via notification.

All games and betting activities on the et999 platform are conducted in accordance with the following rules. Users are required to comply with these rules.

6.1 Game Results & Disputes

All games on et999 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. If you have any dispute regarding a game result, notify our support team within 72 hours. Our system logs will be considered final.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market, and are displayed in the game interface. et999 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. et999 does not take responsibility for bets placed during server outages.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the et999 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Any form of manipulation or hacking attempts on the gaming system.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Posting offensive, harmful, or misleading content on the platform.
• Abusive behaviour or threats towards staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in assistance of a minor.

The et999 platform and its services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to keep our services uninterrupted and error-free, however liability is limited in the following areas:

• Game losses due to internet disconnection or server issues.
• Payment delays caused by third-party technical issues.
• Any loss caused by the user's own device or network issues.
• Losses resulting from the user's login credentials falling into the hands of a third party.

In any circumstance, et999's total liability will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.

et999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account for any reason, in particular for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Account registration using false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request.

9.1 Post-Closure Process

Before closing an account, et999 will review the user's balance. Valid balances in accounts closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms will be refunded. However, all funds and winnings in accounts closed due to prohibited activities may be forfeited.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure
